Any breakages occurring in transit must be reported to Olah Plastic within 72 hours after receiving the shipment. Please email our customer service ([email protected]
) with your transaction number, a photo of the breakage, a video when unboxing the package, and the code or name of the broken item.
We will voluntarily exchange your items within 3 days of you receiving the product for online store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds. Please ensure items show no signs of use. ‘Non-exchangeable’ items are not exchangeable.
