The presented prices on this website are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and only applicable in Indonesia. The presented prices exclude taxes, extra protection-packaging fees, shipping fees, insurance costs, and other costs.

An incoming order whose payment has been confirmed within 10.00 – 14.00 hours (GMT +7) will be shipped on the same day. Except for pre-order/custom products, will be shipped at the following workday after the payment is 100% completed.

The shipping time will take about 3-7 work days depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method.

Any breakages occurring in transit must be reported to Olah Plastic within 72 hours after receiving the shipment. Please email our customer service ([email protected]) with your transaction number, a photo of the breakage, a video when unboxing the package, and the code or name of the broken item.

We will voluntarily exchange your items within 3 days of you receiving the product for online store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds. Please ensure items show no signs of use.

‘Non-exchangeable’ items are not exchangeable.

If items received do not match with the order you have made, we will send you the correct item(s). Please email our customer service ([email protected]) with your transaction number and a photo of the items received.

All our recycled plastic products are distinctive and unique, so irregularities and variations in color, texture, and finishing are inherent and are expected. We feel these irregularities and variations shouldn’t be looked upon as a defect, as it gives our products unique characteristics enhancing the aesthetics of each piece.
